Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Gear
Place your unworn, unwashed items in the original packaging with all Flow Society hangtags still attached.
Label and Ship
Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal, secure it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
